EPM presents its sustainability reports on a yearly basis. This report corresponds to the period from January 1 to December 31, 2013, and it is the eighth report based on the GRI Guidelines. The previous report was presented in April 2013.
The report coverage corresponds to EPM, not to the consolidated EPM Group. Results from EPM as well as from the EPM Group are shown for the financial statements. gri"> (GRI G4-17)
On this occasion, the report was done taking into account what was established inside the GRI-G4 guidelines, complying with the conformity criteria in the comprehensive option. Also, the report was revised and approved by the Vice-Presidents, who correspond to the first level of organizational structure of EPM.
This sustainability report has been verified externally by the firm Deloitte & Touche.
The Sustainability Report is presented along with the Financial Statement in the Public Accountability event. This provides the starting point for the distribution and communication process with stakeholders and society in general.
